I want my customers to be happy with the quality of their Corabella jewellery. I endeavour to check and test all pieces thoroughly, but in the rare event that something is missed and there is a genuine defect with your purchase, please contact me to arrange for a repair or replacement.

Slight irregularities or imperfections such as tool marks and variations in size and shape are to be expected due to the nature of the craft. My pieces may not be suitable for those who prefer perfection.

Slight irregularities or imperfections such as tool marks, variations in size and shape, and uneven or crooked letters are to be expected due to the nature of the craft, and in some cases is intentional as part of the design.

If an item you purchased from me becomes damaged due to wear or an accident, I would be happy to repair it for you. There may be a charge for cost of materials, although most repairs are provided at no charge other than shipping.

Local customers: Adjustments and repairs of Corabella product can be dropped off at my home studio located in SE Calgary AB, Canada. In many instances I can fix the item on the spot. Check our events schedule, or contact us for drop-off info.

I repair only Corabella jewellery as I may not have the materials/tools/expertise to fix items I did not make myself.

returns & exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange your online purchase, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it. All returns/exchanges must be shipped back in new, unworn condition. Shipping fees to return the item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Custom and personalized orders are final sales and are not returnable.

Our handmade jewellery is created and ready to ship in about 5 business days, unless otherwise specified or communicated.

Orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta via Canada Post mail. "Regular Shipping" is the most economical option however it does not come with tracking. Other shipping options are available for selection at checkout (in your Shopping Bag cart under the "Checkout" button, *Shipping shown for...", click on "Change".

$0 for local pick-up. Customers in the Calgary area can choose to pick up their purchases directly from my studio located in SE Calgary AB, Canada. Upon confirming your order, we will email you pick-up information. Please ensure the shipping address is correct! If an item is returned to me as undeliverable or an incorrect address was provided, buyer will be responsible for any further shipping costs to have it re-shipped.

• Canada: Regular shipping within Canada is normally estimated to at 2–7 business days from date of shipping. HOWEVER, rural and remote destinations may take longer. These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• USA: Regular shipping to the USA is normally ESTIMATED at 5-14 business days from date of shipping, although customs processing CAN CAUSE DELAYS which is out of our control. These times are ESTIMATES only and are NOT guaranteed. The addressee will be responsible for any customs duties or fees and applicable taxes.

• International: Regular shipping to international destinations (excluding USA) is normally ESTIMATED at 2 to 6 weeks (some destinations may take 6 to 8 weeks), and customs processing can cause additional delays. These times are ESTIMATED and are NOT guaranteed. The addressee will be responsible for any customs duties or fees and taxes applicable in the country of destination.

Local or world events may also impact actual shipping times.

Our products are hand made, available in limited quantities one-of-a-kind, or made to order. If an item or part(s) of an item are no longer available, or if for any reason I am unable to make the item(s) ordered, we may, at our discretion, offer a substitution of the item or part(s) for a similar item of equal or greater value, or cancel any order.

Purchases shipped within Canada are subject to applicable GST/HST based on the "Ship To" address entered during checkout. Purchasers shipping to Saskatchewan or Quebec may be required by their province to remit applicable PST / QST.
